Craig fell in love with cooking when spending time with his mum and gran where he learned all about hearty home cooking.
Craig had worked for Costly Hoteliers and also the Royal Marine Hotel. Craig joined #teamweston as Sous Chef not long after John took over as landlord.
Since then Craig has worked incredibly hard and his proven on numerous times his dedication and commitment to The Weston.
Craig is also know for his pranks and contagious laugh.
